Work life balance depend upto your client and module. Salary on time, Only work from office is there, Work from home depend upto client and team manager.

When you join clover first month salary will be credit on 10th of next month , and they will schedule your client interview back to back , if you clear the interview than Good , other wise they will fire you in a week.

There is no security of your job, if you crack your client interview then well and good if not, tata bye bye anytime. There is silent layoff.

But when it comes to salary and hike, it doesn't match your work. They will expect to do everything under small budget from us and worst management that I never seen anywhere
