Higher management is the main culprit there, they have no idea how to operate, they are the core member of office politics. They don't care if you are dying but you need to tell them everything personally. They can ask you anytime to leave. One moment they'll make you feel that you are the one who is backbone of the project and sencod moment they'll say that till now you haven't done anything. Suddenly you'll be PIP and out of the organization. This company is a slow poison for freshers, there is no KT session, there is no skill development. All you have to do is be good in leadership team's eyes to continue in the organization. Just give them the tea and pretend you are working then you are good to go. They have 0 work ethics.

Likes

Work culture is very great and the company is always looking forward to innovations and advancements in positive manner. Even the average employee age is pretty young, still the company have a conversation that ecen experienced companies cannot do.

Dislikes

They don't have a physical office until now, just work from home.
