...nd listen to us , but current madam only shouts and lectures us like school kid. Few favourites get good appraisals and positions of head and VP , rest all are fires and salary is never on time. Request like beggars for own hard earned money.

Working Environment is good. Every individual wants to work in a good environment which leads to give more positive outcomes from the efforts done by employees .

No any such dislikes because for each & every growing company it is very important to maintain a good balance in between all the employees. Some times this leads to dis satisfaction for the employees but for a growing company it is very essential.
