I got selected, but it was a hell of a ride.

I gave 5 rounds of interviews, got selected, and left with the salary discussion. They gave the time for tomorrow, to have a discussion with the founder..yeah that's odd for me too... But no one responded and they ghosted me for about 2 weeks for no specific reason, even didn't reply to my email. I called HR to ask for further updates, and she had no information on what to do next, so I gave up and interviewed for other companies. Now, out of the blue, they called ad said you got selected, by that time I had accepted the offer letter of a company, but didn't start working with them. As soon as I got the news of getting selected, I terminated my offer with other companies. As Cloudsek saw a post from another company hinting I have joined them. They hesitated in giving the offer letter and asked me to get a mail from another company stating you haven't accepted the offer from them. I did as I was asked and lost the offer from another company, now as always, they ghosted me again at the end moment when they are supposed to send the offer letter. The overall behavior was not professional, either keep the candidate posted, or at least have the decency of informing them on the next step, rather than ghosting them. This was my worst experience yet, it takes a toll on your mind, and gets stressful. I hope others should not face the same issue as I did.

Nothing is likeable, basic scripting that even anyone can do via chatgpt prompts. Zero Engineering standards Leads are on leave always No sense of responsibility on leads whereas the SDE's are expected to be responsible for the work that is being done

Dislikes

Leads are just purely unprofessional with false egos where they haven't done a single commendable thing. Purely political system. If you're up for being slave to your boss then you might have h good chance here. Calling names to juniors in public ans what not but particular leads.

A great place to work. Flexible timings - you can come and go back literally anytime in the office. They take care of your breakfast, lunch and evening snacks. unlimited drinks, snacks available at office.
