Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

The HRs (some people ) are think that they are the president of this office . Lots of backstabbing and involving in our personal things in office.No kindness .They are not think that we are also human.They think like machines. No job security.Without any notice they kickout from office at any time .Totally worst. No proper management . if you are come office 1 sec late its consider half a day lop.

This is fraud company after you going to Dubai's they will take your passport seriously they not giving proper accommodation even the manager Madan Kumar he’s in Dubai with other name as vijay kumar and HR also uneducated he’s also work with different name.

Strict timings. If exceed, LOP. Hr is mentally ill(not recruiting HR's). She's handling the company in such a disgusting manner. And setting even disgusting rules. Those rules cannot be applies to IT field
