1.No other compensations other then salary not even health insurance policy to employee. 2.Delay in appraisal even though we keenly follow-up with management.

Likes

The Management and the Coworkers are great. On-time salary. Quick and responsible HR responses.

Dislikes

There are no health policies included. The holiday structures are not up to the mark. PLs are very less (Only 8 Leaves per ear).

Nothing is good here, which need to exlain.

Most disappointing thing is here, they have three month notice period but at the time of layoff they give me one week notice period and when i said to HR about we have 3 month notice period then he said to me its from your side not mine side. this was very hurting to me , there i am doing night shift and they are not given to us leave encashment at the time of F and F.
