No proper Management . Management team is too poor even you will struggle to get your salary on time . They will ask you to keep chasing them and beg like poor they won't treat you as employee at all

Management Team as well there is only one man show like Hitman Rohit. Don't have trust at all on the Employees.

COO will call you any time and tell you you to work wehther it is 7 am or 9 pm in night. Don't think about appraisal for 2 years. At the joining they will tell you you will get appraisal but you will not get. Most pf the time you don't have projects to work and quality of project is bad which is not considered by any other company

Dislikes

HR is in conpany has no power. She is there to clean plates, literally. Very less salary and no appraisal. COO is another cartoon. Every one in company is fresher so you are not going to learn anaything. Try not yo join and if you don't have any option then only join but leave before probation period over. After that they will not ylgive you yours experience letter.

Companies management is really bad Never sent salary on time Never gives the full and final settlement to leaving employee No respect to any employee Never promote any employee, after two years they expect employee should resign so that they can higher cheap labour

They are giving us work from opportunity before prime minister announcing lockdown.Its really helpful for me as i have my family.Also they ensure everyone for good health.

Exposure to the various skillset at the initial phase of career. The initial phase of my career was very good as a fresher, and I learned a lot of new technologies on my own. Exposure to various teams(AWS, Development, AIML) is a plus side. Fortunately, employees are very helpful, but again they all have their limited authority.

Dislikes

A lot of politics. Partiality based on communication skills and internal employee network. No compensation provided as promised even after challenging projects were completed less than the given deadline and with minimum resources. Advance Communication skill is considered as a skilled employee. Once the continuity period (default 2 years) is over then access from all projects is revoked. Most of the employees who genuinely helped this organization grow were not treated well.
