I have been with CloudLIMS for over two years now, starting as a part timer before transitioned to full time (remote) in November, 2024. The company has a good work culture, managers and colleagues are easy to work with. I understand my role and expectations and I'm supported to achieve my KPIs.

I had to take a lower pay than what I've previously earned. But the growth potential in this company well makes up for it.

There is an issue in taking the leaves during probation period, as the company gives more priority to the training.

For freshers there is enough learning of Java but on a very basic level,Job security is good though there are very less number of employees so there is always need of software developers

Work culture is totally toxic, poor team leads and a school environment with plenty of micro management, time wasting discussions on getting your own leave, even talking to other colleagues during work hours is an offence.
