Its a very friendly environment

...vents like Independence day, Gandhi jayanti, not even for christmas or new year. It is a typical indian startup with a mindset that you hve to work just because they pay you. They hire more and fire soon. Ever since i joined there has been so many lay offs and so many people quit. there is no one permanent because no one stays in the company for long term. People want to run away and people who got fired are very relieved.

They pay everyone on time even before time the founders are very supportive if you need financial help they are there to help you out. Awesome culture flexible timings and the best thing is there are paid holidays plus no questions asked during taking leaves

This must be a joke... What's there to like a out this company. The founders definitely took birth at an inauspicious time to grace this world with their inauspicious presence. Crazy management people, you won't find crazier ones in your entire life, I promise. Don't get lured by the Permanent Work From Home promise, it isn't bigger than life itself. Every single positive review is incorrect, employees were blackmailed into writing them. Run! Avoid!

Its was the worst company i have ever worked for, i literally got threatened every day about being fired after working for 15 hours a day. The founder Nidhi is the most obnoxious person you would have met in your life and her only goal is to such her employees ideas, brainpower and blood to fuel the company. She is very dumb in herself and will put a lot of negative pressure on employees including weekend meetings and late night calls. If you join here your life will be hell and you will suffer from PTSD issues. Don't join.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
