My peers were fun, knowledgeable people. Possibly the only good thing about the company. Oh! And interior design.

Dislikes

Pretty much everything. But specifics would be - They don't have a project structure to work on, almost everything is adhoc request. These are 20+ years of exp bankers trying to get into the fintech market, the knowledge of sprint is foriegn to them. They give you a request. You need to complete it by a single day. (Yes, you have to work overtime, even Sunday's, Saturday's are always working) Job security is funny cause you will get fired without intimidation saying "we have changed our outlook on what the company needs to hire" Culture is pretty much non-existent, which you won't see until you step inside but a graveyard has a far better culture. Oh, and finally, their is no skill development, since there are no potential projects (there's only one though)

It’s really nice place to work. There are most amazing talented people and nice management. Someone will have lots of opportunities to learn from Cloudcraftz.

Incompetent Seniors: Senior staff members lack basic knowledge and often resort to suggesting junior employees to plagiarize code from external sources. Egoistic Culture: The workplace fosters an environment of egoism, where seniors take revenge on junior employees and prioritize personal agendas over team success. Limited Career Opportunities: The organization lacks worthy projects and client engagements, hindering employee growth and career advancement. Overbearing HR: HR personnel exhibit overbearing behavior, resembling that of controlling mothers, which proves to be highly irritating for employees. Excessive Office Politics: Office politics run rampant, negatively impacting work culture and team dynamics. Favoritism Towards Sycophants: Those who cater to the whims of senior management are favored, perpetuating a toxic work environment. Inhumane Cofounders: The cofounders prioritize monetary gain over employee welfare, displaying a lack of empathy and concern for their team members' careers. Deceptive Salary Offers: Employees are enticed with promising salaries during recruitment, only to be discarded once their utility is deemed irrelevant by the company. Useless Marketing and Sales Team: The marketing and sales department consistently fails to deliver results, unable to effectively promote or sell any products despite giving big lectures.
