Job security: Very high chances that you might end up sitting on the bench for the initial 6 months after you join but you can sleep well knowing that you are not going to be fired. Flexible work timings: Depending upon the team that you will be working with

...rs with other organizations because they don't have enough in-house projects. 2. Compensation is another issue 3. No team events or office events or parties 4. Quality of work is average and not much opportunities to learn and grow.

Lacks clarity and vision from leadership. Company also works as a bodyshop. Doesnt treat employees fairly. Job security is a big concern whole BI department was asked to leave or shipped to another startup. They cut every corner to survive with no consideration to employees. Don’t join unless you cannt any job anywhere else.
