Job security: Very high chances that you might end up sitting on the bench for the initial 6 months after you join but you can sleep well knowing that you are not going to be fired.

Lacks clarity and vision from leadership. Company also works as a bodyshop. Doesnt treat employees fairly. Job security is a big concern whole BI department was asked to leave or shipped to another startup. They cut every corner to survive with no consideration to employees.
Don’t join unless you cannt any job anywhere else.
