It is worst experience to work in cloud software previously Citrix. They don’t have any work culture anymore and they don’t care about employee well being. Every year there is layoffs which might be around 15 to 20 % employee cut. Don’t choose this company if you have better offer

0% job security you can get laid off in a month after hiring so new joiners should not join at all. Every year 15-20% layoff. New CEO is creating mirage in front of Big Corporate to sell this loss buisness.

No job security at all Before 2 months ago they outsourced their business to infosys I joined before 8 months ago and again i was asked to work on infosys payroll and work location is infosys phase 3 hinjewadi
