No employee benefits, no one-on-one meeting with HR, worst management Kind of student teacher methodology No encouragement

Good with insurance benifits and salary payout. They are never late in salary payouts

Dislikes

1. Micro management 2. No Job security. They can throw you out any point in time 3. They prefer their personal contacts to grow than the person who deserves. 4. HR is useless. 5. No work life balance. 6. Revengeful to the core . They would definitely make you suffer if you put your point infront of them, or differ from them.

Company had a good leadership but the 2 level to the leadership are a terrible cultured people who has key focus on pulling down people for there own wellbeing
