Since this is a start up, employees are expecting to work longer hours especially when there are deliverables. Work pressure can be high.

...nt and culture. Teammates are very supportive and our management is transparent. Company policies, appraisals are fair and decent salary, hike, bonus (especially in the Pandemic situation our company didn't let us down).

I couldn't find much, sometimes it can get really busy and can feel at those times like it's difficult to move forward with the strategic work, but our team and management have supported though..

Likes

I really appreciate the supportive and friendly environment. There's a strong culture of helping each other, especially for newcomers. Any doubts or challenges I faced were addressed quickly, which made the learning curve much easier. I also value the access to free online courses and professional training and it really shows the company cares about our growth and upskilling.

Dislikes

One thing could be improved is the quality of laptops provided. While it's a minor issue, having better hardware would definitely help enhance efficiency and overall work experience.
