Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. There are few employees who work here who got lots of knowledge. You will learn a lot from them. Rest everything is hell.

Dislikes

CloudAngles (VirginPulse BOT) got the monkeys running the business. This company is everything but employee centric. They just lie about everything and employee get nothing There are absolutely no perks at all Forget work life balance they make you work around the clock and no extra pay for odd hours. Forget leaves and WFH they hate it. They will call you to the office even if they won't have any seats to sit. Policies only favour the management
