Realization after working in this company is like: working in a so called 'big corporate' is a paradox. Worst work culture. No support in learning. No proper coordination in teams, High package is a myth (unnecessary mandatory deductions). Senior management is not the leaders, they are there jist to pressurize even on sundays.

Dislikes

There's nothing to like about this company. Salary is on time, thats all. Else they will haunt you in your dreams and make you have sleepless nights. Concall and virtutal meetings are organized in every 2 hours. They will ask you to join a call within 5 min wherever you are, whichever situation you are in, it can be 10 pm of night or it can be weekends. There's almost nil personal life.

...ere is huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair snd they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They didn't understand politics like creditmanager and senior people they didn't support to newly joined employees also they try to give laber work also they didn't support do clear doubts every small doubt also

Dislikes

Seniors call on weekends and late at night. Made to work overnight on month ends with no overtime pay and one shit dinner. Should be reported for exploitation of labor. Also do under the table things to meet targets.
