Compensation was good and good work-life balance for me (not sure about others)

Not much Learning/Skill development, bias in decision-making, false commitments to processes/marketing and constant fear of losing the job!

I got an early on picture of company work culture hence I could exit early.

Dislikes

1. You will be expected to do 24 hrs shifts during your assigned tele consultation duty even on public holidays and week off. 2. You will be expected to do insurance claim reimbursement approval. 3. You will be compelled to do attend meetings in your free time i.e between 1-4pm 4. You won't receive any performance bonus during your probationary period i.e for 1st 6 months and eventually this performance bonus will be pegged with the number of procedures you conduct in clinic 5. Most of their clinikk has compliance issue with health department of government of Karnataka and they have been served notice for not having trade licence and KPME registration None of the above mentioned will be revealed to you before joining.

Every company has its own pros and cons And my case is not one in a million.. But, I concentrate on the good stuff only no matter its less or more…. D best part as of my company is dat it gives us an exposure like nobody else. Other Companies like jus try 2 get their own work done frm employees but mine is not the same!! It let us do in our own way which makes us think beyond the level and gain knowledge and experience.
