I resigned due to several distressing issues that made the work environment extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. INADEQUATE FACILITIES: Although there are two washroom available, only one is designated for both male and female employees. This lack of proper facilities has led to serious health concerns, with some female employees experiencing infections due to shared washroom. When one of female employee voiced her concerns about this issue, she was met with ridicule from both male and female coworkers, which was incredibly disheartening. DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR: The work environment is marred by a lack of respect, particularly towards women. Male employees frequently use inappropriate language and also double meaning jokes in the presence of female colleagues also pass bad comments towards female who is frank with them., yet no one seem willing to address this behavior. Many females don't even bother and also keep quit other female on this behavior and telling that this is part of the job anywhere you will feel this so enjoy the job culture which is unacceptable. INAPPROPRIATE MANAGEMENT: One of the shift managers, ANAND, is known for having an extramarital affair with Lab Technician he also try to influence many female by saying enjoy the life only one life. His behavior towards women is disrespectful, and he fails to maintain a professional atmosphere in the workplace and no action is taken against such behavior. TOXIC WORK CULTURE: The overall culture at Mulund Clinico Diagnostics is toxic, with no regard for basic professionalism or respect. The lack of accountability were key reasons for my decision to leave the job early I hope that issues are addressed promptly for the well being of future employees.
