Since the team size is fairly low, there is no micromanagement and strict shift timings.

Dislikes

...work additional hours. Appraisal/ hike is very low compared to market standards. No bonus, rewards or any sort of compensation which could motivate the employee. Employee concerns and complaints are heard by immediate managers, however they don't have the power to make constructive decisions and support the team. They need to reach out to leadership 2 levels higher to even discuss about a concern which is time consuming and without any solutions.

A great company to learn specifics of the industry. Overall culture is very supportive and promotes learning.

The employee appraisal and promotion system is a little subjective, there is no exact pathway of development.

It was my first job, 4 managers got changed in 1 year. I didn't get appraisal and they threatened me to quit the job. I requested them to give sometime to leave the organisation, but they refused and forced me to quit. No job security and huge political issues is going on. I highly recommend my friends not to join this organisation.

Everything is fake and partial.

It's a nice work place to settle down. But do not expect growth in terms of promotions since there are people who have fixed their position at top management here who do not quit hence no much promotions here.

The way they treat each other and I miss the food alot. This is my first company to start my career and I am really blessed to be there. I wouldn't miss to thank my manager as he is the best person to be with.
