1) Completely dumb management 2) Rules and regulations can be changed anytime depending upon the concerned person. 3) Value of work will never be appreciated and you will be told that you should add some value to the company although when you are generating financial assets. 4) No work life balance you have to work on all festivals like Holi, Diwali, Eid, Christmas, New year etc. and maximum time in night also. 5) They do fraud with govt. Organizations by making false contracts and winning the bids. 6) If you are a data scientist then also they will expect you to do sales and IT work. 7) Top management here can abuse you in the office. 8) Last but not the least, respect will only be given to those who have foreign degree of education.
