I am not satisfied.work environment is wrost.

No respect for thier employees. Selfish people are there.They didn't pay my last month salary also. PF didn't deposit properly. I would suggest never join here. They will treat you like animal.

This company is not worth working for. They never pay their employees salary on time and apart from that they don't pay salary what they promise during interview. When you bring this to their notice they will deny and simply ask whether you have any written proof as they know they don't mention salary in the offer letter. Managers will also ask you to get involve in some unethical activities like attendance and breaking the unity of the team to their own benefits etc.

...alance. They expected you to come on time but doesn't bother about leaving time. They used to cut one day salary, if you get late even just by 01minute, 09am-06pm was working time. Management was so stupid to understand that, we employees always take same train but our indian railway is not on time everyday. It was traumatic experience while I was working there.

Company is growing and COO is bringing new systems in the company as COO is a very good person

Dislikes

Few policies like salary deduction,AGM operation Subhangshu Ghosh is a curroupted person,out 2 DGM ops 1 is also corrupted person. These 2 are not giving opportunity to new comers to perform good work.

Absolutely nothing.

Dislikes

The policies of the company are not employee friendly, being a Proprietorship firm you really have little to no room for any creativity. Non technical personnel will be giving final instructions to engineers which can be very challenging at times.
