I am not satisfied.work environment is wrost.

No respect for thier employees. Selfish people are there.They didn't pay my last month salary also. PF didn't deposit properly. I would suggest never join here. They will treat you like animal.

This company is not worth working for. They never pay their employees salary on time and apart from that they don't pay salary what they promise during interview. When you bring this to their notice they will deny and simply ask whether you have any written proof as they know they don't mention salary in the offer letter. Managers will also ask you to get involve in some unethical activities like attendance and breaking the unity of the team to their own benefits etc.

Company is growing and COO is bringing new systems in the company as COO is a very good person

Few policies like salary deduction,AGM operation Subhangshu Ghosh is a curroupted person,out 2 DGM ops 1 is also corrupted person. These 2 are not giving opportunity to new comers to perform good work.

The policies of the company are not employee friendly, being a Proprietorship firm you really have little to no room for any creativity. Non technical personnel will be giving final instructions to engineers which can be very challenging at times.

Very bad company if someone goes there for the interview he/she shall understand

Fake company alert, I have been there today for the interview a employee ritun yesterday call me 3 time today call ne once to come for intrv, taking all the test & my personal documets photo payslip cv, after completing all test successfully he told me i am ineligible for this post. The thing is this company selling our database & earning. Such a small business 40-50 employess sitting with no work looking one to another. No work is going that. Its a kind of LIC Ofc look. Guys if you are going there for interv dont share any of your valuable details except ur cv. If you went there you will thank to this review.
