Nothing says to be like they fire any employee at any time without giving any reason. They needs to work on sales team because sales team is responsible for not getting the project

many dislikes like micro management , salary calculation, bonus deducts from your salary but after one year company will say we don't have money to pay you bonus

When I joined this company , everything seemed sorted. I was having experience yet i was denied of salary. They create problems for themselves. From last 20 days I am trying to post google review but I cannot this seems a little problem for us. Mismangement is the word for the company.

I have learned a lot here and worked on multiple types of projects, The Company and Manager always give me an opportunity to enhance my skill set and i am very grateful to them. Job is secured and Appraisals are good if you are loyal towards your job responsibility.
