Toxic workplace No work life balance CEO is the scrum master as he takes scrum daily No management exists here Developer do non technical works CEO does public humilation Hire and fire policy without any answers No seniors more than 4 years of experience as they run away due to the BD girl Cost cutting and dirty politics WFH if & only if you are a girl and beautiful No JIRA/AGILE is used here This should be the last company to cosider if the world is getting over

There is nothing to like in this company. No job security, no salary on time, While hiring they will talk like cuckoo. They are bloody third class type of company.

Dislikes

They are not company, they are basically a consultancy who hires for someone else. And if third party doesn't have any project, and they stop your billing then C2C will kick you out just next day. Click 2 Cloud basically having an Irresponsible behaviour towards their employees.

In Click2Cloud you get to learn the latest edge technologies like Docker Kubernetes Terraform DevOps Golang and many more. Basic domain will be in cloud.

Dislikes

The compensation what we get here is very low. The finance team is never be supportive and during appraisal you have to go through a vast processes and at the end you will get nothing instead of what you deserve.

You will learn a lot while working in this company as their are less number of employees , kind of startup.

Dislikes

Benefits, promotions and appraisal are not given at time . They are skipped by making excuse of your performance. They annoy you for money. They shift you to any domain whenever they want irrespective of your interest whether it may be technical or non technical. Denying it would be a job threat.
