Clecotech believes to make strong working environment where employees learn many things,clecotech is best place to learn new techno, works on innovative ideas in a positive environment with full satisfaction. Overall clecotech is a bundle of knowledge,innovative ideas, positive environment.

Dislikes

Clecotech works in bond policy but employees are not serious about it, they leave without serve their notice period make sure that employees not taken you granted. I think clecotech works on their policy to ensure that employees make a dicipline and fallow the policy rules in proper way.
