... You might get promotions if you are having good bonding with higher management. Salary structure is not good. Hikes are poor. The more you can get while joining the company is better as you will get single digit hike every year. CTO doesn't know anything technical. You will be asked to give sales perspective how your tool will get bookings after being forced to develop something irrelevant.

No learning curve, no job satisfaction, no career growth. Management is poor, no work ethics, people dont know how to talk to their collegues. Higher management treats you like labour.

...t required anymore. They don't support their employees and don't stand for them. Only thing matters to them is their salary. I joined recently and uprooted myself from Mumbai and came to Noida with family. Even my wife left the job because of my decision of shifting to their Noida location office. Now, I am left with no income. They actually tore apart my complete family. Not only my career was affected but my wife's career was also affected indirectly.

I don't think there is anything to like about Clearwater in recent times. There was a time when company had a good culture and environment but ever since they promoted some people to Senior Leadership in Noida office and couple of leaders in US. They destroyed the culture and environment. People are leaving the organisation who has given 5-6 years to the company.

This company's noida office run by US leaders the managers here are spine less. Those who has powers they do politics against their own team members. Few managers favouring to their favourite reportees(mostly female). Despite the other members have done so much.

World's most cruel, insensitive, and inhumane HR and Managers are here. No increment, no bonus,no scope for development. HRs are literally venomous snakes and there is one Divorcee HR, who is worst amongst all.She proved that women on top levels mess up everybody else's life. Company has no work ethics, hostile work environment, Extreme Micromanagement, They have no shame at all. No holidays on festivals and government holidays. Even if BPTP is closed, they ask to work remotely and over work is normalised here. Managers are bad mouthed and HR are the type of sweet candy that makes us very sick. It's better not to waste time here. People leave even after a month of joining. It's a living hell. HRs don't do anything but to mess up employee totally. They don't want us to apply anywhere else and don't want that employee to stay in their company as well. They literally want employees to suffer and commit suicide. They mentally harassed me a lot and now that they have successfully made me resign, they play innocent that they care for my health and all. Don't join this stupid company. Everyone here is corrupt and has no moral ethics. Last but not the least, these people are extremely racist on skin tones and badly treat people from North East India. Shame on to such companies to threat employees like some slave and insects. Get a life. Skin colour is just a skin tone and has nothing to do with skills and experience. Don't play politics here. If you want then join BJP/CONGRESS
