New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They are not know how to run company management system. 6. No settlement after resignation. NOTE- 1.friends dont waste your time to join on this company. This company is totally fraud. The worst company I ever seen my career. They have cheated my salary while I was suffering from covid. After resignation I supported them for replacement, but such a rude management not even bothered to reply by any mail for f&f settlement. I strongly suggest not to join this company.

Working here since 5 years without any inferiority complex that I may lost my job. Management is very friendly to me and I can reach or call them any time if required whether it is official or for my personal issues. Good work atmosphere maintain here at all the time. Client base is increasing day by day because of good quality products and trained & mature application wing with almost 0% complain receive from client.
