All things are Disliking. 1. Salary not comes on time 2. Expense is not structure and not come on time 3. Management is totaly poor. 4. No job security 5. MD and Director are so pathetic. They are not know how to run company management system. 6. No settlement after resignation. NOTE- 1.friends dont waste your time to join on this company. This company is totally fraud. They cheated the employee. ON MY OPINION THIS IS NO 1 FRAUD COMPANY AT WEST BENGAL. 2. THIS COMPANY HAVE WATERPROOFING CHEMICAL NAME - NANOFIX dont join the company. 3. There policies are horrible like any thing, Salary doesn't every came on time,TA never use to reimburse on time hardly use to come after 2 months,the Director and Vice President acts like there are your reporting BOSS,never even think about this company.

The worst company I ever seen my career. They have cheated my salary while I was suffering from covid. After resignation I supported them for replacement, but such a rude management not even bothered to reply by any mail for f&f settlement. I strongly suggest not to join this company.

Working here since 5 years without any inferiority complex that I may lost my job. Management is very friendly to me and I can reach or call them any time if required whether it is official or for my personal issues. Good work atmosphere maintain here at all the time. Client base is increasing day by day because of good quality products and trained & mature application wing with almost 0% complain receive from client.

Nothing to say at this point but expect some salary hike in this time to fulfill my requirement.
