Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

There policies are horrible like any thing, Salary doesn't every came on time,TA never use to reimburse on time hardly use to come after 2 months,the Director and Vice President acts like there are your reporting BOSS,never even think about this company.

The worst company I ever seen my career. They have cheated my salary while I was suffering from covid. After resignation I supported them for replacement, but such a rude management not even bothered to reply by any mail for f&f settlement. I strongly suggest not to join this company.
