Management is very poor. 50% salary deduction without any prior notice. No health insurance for site going person during lockdown work trips. Job security is non existent.

Very nice company dealing into innovative technologies, so excellent learning. Very good for technical people who wants to make career in nice process engineering field. Nice co-operative staff from office boy to top management. Increment is very good plus nice perks

Actually not disliking but lot of multi-asking which can be a challenge in any growing organisation & its icing on cake when we are paid for this multi-tasking

Work culture is absolutely zero, no progress, nothing like learning, no work culture, no system of work, any task for any job role would be asked to be done, if you say no then you will be fired. The most important line: Do not go on the words of MD, he is biggest liar, verbally commitment always goes down and he is one of them. My suggestion do not opt this company or else you will suffer.
