The company is having highly qualified Work force and better market adoption strategy. It was a great experience in to learn latest Solar Roof-Top Solar Technologies and Installation Methodology.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow,the work pressure is very high. Your boss will always think of his own, and they are never understanding pain of their down line employee

The company is open to innovation and readily adopt the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that reliable, highly qualified and has global and reputed MNC client base. Cleanmax has an open culture in which you can talk to there bosses and HOD directly and get the solution to your problem on the spot. The HR and HR policy of the company is excellent. Overall it is a good project managment company in the renewable power generation sector with lots of awards & recognition.

Working under an unsupportive/incompetent manager can never be satisfying. Managers need to understand and communicate with their employees to try and resolve work-related issues when brought to their notice. They must not throw their reportees under the bus in front of the top management to save their skin. The Incident: Two weeks into my new job, I faced an issue with an external agency, which was immediately brought to my manager's knowledge. There was no further communication from him at that time. Within an hour, he sent out a lengthy email keeping the top management in CC. The email claimed that *he came to know* about such an issue (I informed him of it) and that if this is not resolved, it could impede further progress (yes, I know, that's why I informed him!). And he ended the email by stating that I needed to take care of the said issue immediately (Okay. So I need to take care of an issue that I brought to your notice in the first place because I needed your opinion as I have literally worked 10 full days at the company! Wow).
