Everything was good until new Directors and managers came in. Now they want to turn the good captive type atmosphere into BPO type atmosphere so that they can show case themselves. This created ALOT of pressure on employees who are handling day to day activities on ground. Resulting in high attrition. Over hiring in the name of new project/process and then that projects and processes are failing or not going to start, TOTAL WASTE of money and unnecessary cost to company. Micromanagemt driven by politics - because your AM have their own interests, your Manager have their own interests all this is just dumped on employees with high expectations and as mentioned earlier this creates alot of pressure as employees don't know how achieve these personal agendas resulting in exhaustion. Perks could have been better. Hiring is not fair to some extent, as mostly people who are friends with HR pushes their people and people with unrelated skills are forcefully pushed in to unrelated roles creating long term training and performance issues impacting team's performance and manager is like dumb to this scenario without showing any interest to take any sort of initiative to resolve this. Very poor leadership from this point from our team manager.

...n for female No growth opportunity, even IJP are fix to their own liked people. They get cheap labour and fresher for less package and make them work like dogs. Happy to leave a sinking ship

In india Fixed pay and no variable pay concept Flexible holidays plan like from pool of 24 festival holidays we can choose 6 of our choice No deduction for medical insurance taken care by company CTC is balanced with 50 percent basic and 40 percent basic HRA to benifit the employees as much as possible this all other big MNC does not take care Not that much stressful work

In india Mid level manager politics, salary corrections they ignore which hurts employees doesn't have a third party company which evaluate if salaries are proper increased according to standard MNC hr team is not that effective their tasks are mostly pending regarding pf ,they feel they are superior or any other but initiations are good
