I really enjoy the challenging projects we work on at Clavax. There is always something new to learn, and the team is full of talented people who are always willing to help.

Sometimes the deadline can be tight which adds to the pressure but the team support and flexible timings make it manageable.

I like everything about company in one month i got to know a lot more about team work and overall marketing process.

Cafeteria is not good it is just a place to sit and to have some fun by playing games like snooker, TT etc.

Work Culture, Flexible working hour policy, Freedom of learn new technology. Allow Work from home. Opportunity for leadership, Jira (work management tool).

Dislikes

Team lead don't have skills as per role, Complete 8hr on Desktime is mandatory (You have enough work or not), Less appraisal, Saturday working during WFH.
