Business Model is too trivial and market dependent, leading to job insecurity My role required me to constantly follow-up with people for numbers and to follow processes. However, I wasn't given any power over them to ensure they're compliant While the CEO encouraged dialogue, there were numerous instances when I have pinged him on Slack and he just hasn't responded. Finally, the blame of no communication fell on me.

The company have a very good work culture. The team and my Manager is really cooperative and helpful, not even in work even in your personal life. I never got such Manager (Jawed Sir). Respect..... They give you time to improve your skills if you are lacking in. Provide you all the study material, teammates helps you a lot.

*Classic is good in culture and positive circumference. Work-life balance is great. *Very homely and supportive environment. I do not have to deal with "super" personalities. People are mainly experienced hires who are experts in their field. We collectively work together collaborate and solve problems.

There should be proper guidance for further learning of new courses regarding career growth etc.
