Typical Marwadi company least bothered about the employee welfare. To save the PF amount they won't give you the standard basics salary. HRs work and favourable only to management. Only for name sake HRs will be there. They never listen or solve any problems raised by the employees

Nothing. Job security is 0. Job can go at any moment with no notice, hr has nothing to do, dirty politics.

...urity. Dirty politics. One man show company. Director behaviour like a dictetor. Salary and other allowance is very bad. Not as like other industries. Deduct salary for small reasons. Please dont join in this company .... Spoil your life

Dislikes

The managers and staff in Pune are pathetic and not capable enough to teach a fresher or new employee. They lack communication skills and are poor at services. They are also selfish and no transparency in team goals. I strongly recommend not to suggest decent candidates as it may damage your reputation in future if the candidate is unhappy with the job.( Only for Pune location as per current situation.) Mumbai is good and as it is head office it's quite ethical.

In this company all are doing politics. Senior member are very bad they are always giving blaming to junior employee they are always taking sales from junior member are showing to company they are done that job. Please don't join this company.

Nothing. They are one of the most unprofessional companies i have ever come across. They lay me off without notice in this crisis. That's fine but they have not yet cleared my final dues and neither have they given me my release letter. How can i do this when you are the only one who is terminating me? HR is a bunch of joke namely Tulsi and Mitchell who are deliberately delaying without any reason.

Everything, they are the most unprofessional companies i have come across. HR doesn't know their job. There are no policies. It's only harassment for you if you join this company.
