It is very disappointed to worked as an IE in CFAI 1. There was no job satisfaction for us, one of the worst factory I have ever seen in my courier. That to one of the Sri Lankan IE manager is worst to work under him.

Management is poor, Sr Managers treat Managers like labourers, too much indian srilankan politics, every one tries to protect their own job and put problems on others shoulder, worki timings are 16 hrs daily, no support for quality.

And one of the most attraction is company provide all the facilities to each and every employees..like trainings, accommodation, food etc...
