It is very disappointed to worked as an IE in CFAI 1. There was no job satisfaction for us, one of the worst factory I have ever seen in my courier. That to one of the Sri Lankan IE manager is worst to work under him.

This is an excellent apparel industry company. Overall, I spent eight years here. I have learned so much from this company. Classic is a great dedicated for me. I am currently in India; if a chance arises, I will rejoin. Thanks

Management is poor, Sr Managers treat Managers like labourers, too much indian srilankan politics, every one tries to protect their own job and put problems on others shoulder, worki timings are 16 hrs daily, no support for quality.

Giving Awareness regarding the Pandemic, Providing safety equipments like gloves, mask, hand sanitizer ect, Providing Clinical services for all the employees, Keeping the employees in 1meter distance, Employees work time change according to factorywise, Minimize the amount cutting from social security amount.,

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base. And one of the most attraction is company provide all the facilities to each and every employees..like trainings, accommodation, food etc...
