Never join with this office.On a first note HR will hire employees as Permanent wfh bases with less package then, the policies will changes according to their requirements. MNC policies, company ethics cannot seen here as Management team themselves statesas this is not MNC so don't expect any expections. Worst part is ,in this company people with less than 1 year experience without certification are working as GC / TL and with genuine experience people are working as coders.

... shift they will say extend till 9 o clock Those came from other companies for TL or any manager position if their salary is more than other management people next second onwards will start about how we will terminate them Most important thing no Saturday or Sunday is holiday all days are working and salary also not in proper manner won't get salary in all months

Your original certificates to be submitted. Forcefully working on holidays including sundays and national holidays No proper salary No humanity If you are sick absent for 2days you will be absconded. No proper communication in between staffs- ego. Your documents will not be given back in any circumstances unless you go legally.

Their working culture is very bad. Treat employees as a robot. They force to work in Saturdays and Sundays. If we need leave on Saturdays and Sundays, have to inform early, some time they give leave some times not give. Other days only give sick leave.

If you don't have a personal life and want to be in working in a slave- like work environment, then Clarus-chennai under the supervision of jagadeesan manickam will be the best option. Manager comes to office at 11-12 pm and leaves by 8-9pm but mandates his lower tiers to report and work for 9 to 9 shifts. Manager is a very good person who always encourages the employees only to work with fake promises and commitments. He always tells good stories that not even the management asks him to do. All the better reviews are only posted under compulsion and not done willingly by the employees. The better option is to join covai branch clarus as leaders are far more better compared to chennai.
