Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is 2 onth notice you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Company is excellent and has excellent working environment. Freely to touch with top management and board of directors. Company involves to employees to making strategy and future planning. There are opportunities to travel new places with local challenges. But It depends on running projects. There are lot of process to develop skills and to be preventable. If you like travel and challenges then this right place for you. Company also organised an offsite trip for 3 days every year to India's famous hill stations. So, you can also lot of enjoy here.

Dislikes

Company needs to work on there own permanent projects. They depends on Govt. Projects which affects to career growth and planning of related employees. Comany needs to make log term business strategy and appointment of specialist trainer for various projects. Company needs to improvement there reimbursement claim settlement process. It is too slow.
