Working with such a big brand obviously is a great opportunity, work environment and culture is smooth. There is a lot and lot of learning scope when you work with this property.

Kuljeet Singh (General Manager) is making the brand pathetic. He comes office at 1pm 2pm as per his wish,though he stays in hotel room only.After coming he will start scolding everyone have lunch and again goes back to sleep. At night 7pm 7.30pm he again comes and starts torturing employees when they are about to leave. He consumes alcohol and calls kitchen night 2am 3am and scolds order food. Unprofessional GM and Clarks also overlook this.

Kuljeet Singh, GM worst GM,Raipur Doesn't know employee management. Extremely rude to staffs Doesn't appreciate the staffs Give assignments and make stay staffs after working hours He wants to be in safe and take rest and rest everyone to work like servants. He himself takes off suddenly but Doesn't give off or break to others. He himself Doesn't come to work at time and spend maximum hours at hotel accommodation. Management needs to look into this on a serious note.

If you yourself are confident and knowledgeable then you can run the entire unit smoothly otherwise don't accept anything from top management except few.

Just join the group and work in the toxicity. No induction happened since joining onwards. No SOP or standard. Zero support from the Corporate office from any department. If you are good in buttering you can survive otherwise no value of right talent. Even if you done excellent job with ethics, you won't stay in company without support of your boss. Maximum blind people are in system and doing time pass. In single word Eda ban kat peda khao and career ki what lagao. Bhai Lala Chaap Group hai, Even Oyo is better then this

Pathetic Group One of the biggest mistake of my life and they never support their team and staff they just believe in earning loyality to sell their name as franchisee and franchisee owner don't want to give salary to their staff specifically Aligarh owner Shyam Narayan aggarwal.
