Many employees do not even meet the educational qualifications required for their roles, yet they are still hired. Additionally, there is no work-life balance; there are no company parties or options for remote work. The expectation is simply to come in and work. The appraisal policy is poor; they promise good appraisals, but they rarely follow through. In particular, the sales department has a sense of superiority and often treats employees poorly, as if they are subservient. Overall, it is a bad organization.
