Compensation is decent but work culture is worst. Job security is zero, at any moment company might change policies and may hinder your job security. No clarity in terms of work. Work life balance is zero.

No Career Growth , people are getting promtions & getting high salary and they don't have know any operation to run no department is good for work , may some guys do really work but won't able to appreciate because of his talent . I suggest if somebody wants work in this company , he / she can get some information for Department Environment and culture . From my side I didn't get any good knowledge from people but get good increment around 20% of every year . Thanking you !!

Company Culture& work environment.Another plus point company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The company give good opportunity for growth. Opportunity to reach at high position in short time. Culture of company is good,bunch of young person.

Work life balance is not good you have to sit at late evening even though there is no work to do. Leave approveal is hactick you have resign from your job anytime without any reason

Sometime I feel it is very overloaded with my work . No doubt it’s ultimately help to me but at this current experience I feel like that but daily I encourage myself and motivate to complete my very task.
