Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...oyees..... They do things for fame only... Nothing for the welfare of employees. Every college paying full salary after 3 months but this college decide to pay half salary till 31st May 2021.

Worst college i have ever seen in the college.

Dislikes

Professors are scolded and abused by the students every now and then, teachers are not allowed to remove such students outside of the class. Teachers have to work as a security guard at the main gate from 7 am to 7.40 am after that have to take 5 lectures per day, professors are not allowed to relax during the recess, professor has to stand at different floor and at the canteen for 25 minutes and then have to work as a administration work from 11 am to 2 pm on the computer.
