WORST COMPANY EVER I HAVE INTERVIEW JUST FOR 5K INR INTERNSHIP PROCESS .... 30 MIN RIGHT AND WRONG OPTIONS QUESTIONS WITH 100 QUESTIONS, 30 MINUTE WRITING CODES ON PAGE'S 30 MINUTE ORAL TEST ABOUT CODING 90 MINUTE ON SCREEN CODING TEST WITH _ DSA 20 MINUTE'S INTERVIEW WITH OWNER TOTAL 5 ROUND'S YOU HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER WITH 25 YEAR'S OF EXPERIENCE PERSON IF YOU APPLY HERE FOR INTERN THEY ALSO MAKE YOU WAIT FOR 30 MINUTES AFTER EVERY ROUND, SALARY 5K INR ,3 MONTH'S INTERN THEY MADE MY ENTIRE DAY WASTE, THIS COMPANY TAKES INTERVIEW LIKE GOOGLE BUT ATLEAST IN THIS MUCH PROCESS THEY WILL GIVE YOU 6 OR 8 LPA THEY GIVE 5K INR ... WHOSEVER MADE THIS PROCESS LIKE THIS FOR JUST 5K INR INTERN STUPID CHANGE THE PROCESS, I GOT JOB IN OTHER ORGNIZATION 20K SALARY WITH 30 MIN INTERVIEW PROCESS

There was nothing which i like about this company.

Dislikes

They have strict timing from 9 -6 sharp 9 you should be in office else your salary will be deducted. They established camera to keep eye on employees. And there will a guy who is the founder relative. He will always keep on evety employee and complain about the employee. You can not talk while working in the office.

Dislikes

Poor Management: The boss at Clanstech is one of the worst I have ever seen. Low Salary: The company provides a salary as low as 5k, and the payment date is between the 10th to 15th of the month. Unfair Treatment: He only likes CS students but still hires students from other branches for unknown reasons. Lack of Direction: There is no clear process in the company. Requirements and expectations change every two days. Mismatch of Roles: I was hired as a .NET intern but was constantly assigned frontend tasks. No Senior Guidance: The company has no senior employees, yet tasks are given at an advanced level with no one to guide or help. No Work Standards: There are no proper standards or levels for work; everything is unorganized. No Holidays or Leave Policy: No festival or government holidays are provided. Even on Raksha Bandhan, there was no leave. Long Work Week: The company operates from Monday to Saturday, offering no proper work-life balance. Time Wasted: I worked for 3 months but didn’t learn anything. He completely wasted 3 valuable months of my life. Unfair Firing: When my 3-month internship was about to end and I expected a full-time opportunity, he suddenly fired me, saying my performance was weak.

i really like working at clanstech ! the learning environment is so good and there are always chances to grow. They give you a lots of opportunities to learn new things and improve yourself . i also love the flexible office timings, which makes it easier to manage work and personal life .
