you get no work-life balance I was part-time and I even specified in the interview that I want to work part-time but they would still give me full-time hours and if asked I was not able to take any day off because if someone called in sick they'll as me to come even though it is the duty of the manager and assistant manager to cover it. they will give you the schedule will fewer hours but through the week they will keep on adding more hours and because of that, I was sometimes not able to attend school either. so if you don't want your school or personal life to be messed up don't work there.
