Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Sometimes I have to work late night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.

There is nothing good for candidates from the Company side... Only seniors persons are good, they give you maximum responsibilities and support so that you can make a better career with very good experience in the related field.

...ement, once you join the company, you will be stuck there with a bond agreement. Salary is lowest as per work. minimum of 10 hours of work, the notice period is of 60 days, No timely increment only promises and if you try to exit, Company will give you nothing... A very bad experience with me, Dogs can easily come inside the office, your shoes are not secured due to this as I lost a pair of my shoes taken by the dogs... No cafeteria or place to take lunch... some employees, do the lunch in the kitchen... terrible company, I have faced all... I left the company after giving the email for Legal Action... Also, I didn't get any experience letter or anything... a Very Very bad experience I faced... in last, If anyone has submitted the review without the name or with current employment, be careful, Company submits the review with fake accounts to make itself good in front of all...

I love working here, the staff is amazing. Great work great learning. I found great mentors to guide me. Management has faith in freshers also and gives them the chance to improve their skills. I experienced personal growth that I never thought possible! The good working environment I've ever experienced.

A lot to learn. But I love it.
