Working in Claas is under pressure and forcefully with warning letters, some people in management not good those make company work culture very bad, making personal relationship between management and worker become a reason of conflict and and make enemy them. Manager interfere in workman personal life that is very bad👎. People in Claas company often dismissed or push them out forcefully, some people always remain under target🎯 and lost their job. Divide and rule policy also there, good company for worker who are relatives of other workers working inside company.

Management is very good and supportive here. Teammates are also really helpful and always ready to guide. There is no work pressure until and unless you finish your work on time. Company's policies are good and quite fair. Job security is 100%. It wouldn't be wrong to say that it is a Family "The CLAASIANS".

Dislikes

There is no negative point to say for CLAAS, but yes if you're working as off role employee then it can be little hard for you to be on role.

Cost sensitive markets has led to reduction in market share. Appraisals and monetary growth is average as per market standards.

Internal politics, but not all, a few sample people only do that. Better I have ignored that. TM and HR , both are good. They take a lots of care for people.
