Likes

Very poor work culture, very rude seniors, cheap people all over in campus. Very poorly coordinated life due to long work schedule as well as night shift. Totally unsatisfied with administration.

Dislikes

Less salary more work pressure, null scope of growth, zero work appreciation, only few people are appericiated.

The hospital provides a new opportunity for those who are willing to do, disciplined, and motivated towards their work. I love to work at this hospital because the hospital maintained high-quality eye care service for their patient as well as the work culture is also calm.

Dislikes

The work pressure is a little high. There is a little bit of internal politics also which I don't like and the people used to comment on others, so easily but now there is a stick policy for the same.

Company is very good for social work, but for younger, is not better due to very slowly growth in company.. Otherwise good work, I have good experience in company...

Dislikes

Growth very slow due to NGO working nature... And office shift in outer village area.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
