One and one worst company. No job security. Not time management only in time not out time.heavy politics.when I go I future spoiled.not going their any future plan and your dream.in this company monthly two person 5 person selected 5 person job left.No No job security. Not for transport.

Directors are not self made directors but dynastic successors who lack self learning and self analysis ability. They learned only what their forefathers taught them. If they understand your potential and realise that you have the potential to be accepted by any other company if you change your mind on denial for salary hike or promotion. They will constructively destroy your career so that you end up working for them like slave forever. They will smartly control the pace and amount of learning and make sure things one can learn in 10 days takes 2 months. Moreover they limit whom you can approach to learn as there is understanding within employer how to trap new entrants using their master plan .They will utilise you and slow your career growth making you unfit for any other company so that you end up working for them at low wages without any appreciation, increment and Promotion. They are looking for lower middle class or semi educated people who they can exploit completely depending on their financial condition. As competition is at peak and global giants are giving them tough fight. They wont be able to afford a Upper middle class highly qualified Master student just like me. They will ensure you never grow or learn up to certain extent. They will ruin our career.
