The only thing I like here is that salary comes on time. Apart from that everything else is poorly managed.

This organization doesn't have clarity about its process that too when it says that they have been in healthcare industry for last 5 decades. Then comes the pathetic software we are bound to follow which is full of errors. Probably they have bought the cheapest stuff available. And they have 3 months notice period. I wonder no other company would wait for that long if I think of applying somewhere else. Overall, i am trapped here. Please pray for me that I get better company to work with.

Good Carrier growth opportunity. Salary hike is good. Have a good cafeteria.

There is a lot of politics and the differentiation between unionised and non unionised employees. Involvement of political parties directly into the company.
